In July 2004, DJ Hottpants was named one of Miami's "30 Under 30" by Street Magazine (Tom Austin). DJ Hottpants was also profiled in the Bedroom Rockers: Where DJs Call Home softcover coffee-table book published in December 2004 by Adidas and XLR8R Magazine, and reprinted in hardcover in July 2005. Also in 2005, DJ Hottpants was photographed for the cover of Miami New Times and Miami SunPost, and was named one of BiZBashFla's "20 Under 40" (Vanessa Goyanes). In August 2006, he appeared as a featured dancer in a commercial for the MTV Latin America program: Flamantes. DJ Hottpants will have a cameo appearance in the documentary "Boomtown Fever" by Lisandro Pérez-Rey.
